Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our fire protection systems and security equipment;

2. Participate in on-site low-voltage work such as cabling for security devices and fire extinguishing systems;

3. Cooperate with technical staff in fault diagnosis and routine inspections, and learn to independently handle on-site issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Secondary vocational school degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Building Intelligence, or related fields;

2. Basic understanding of low-voltage systems, with fundamental knowledge of electrical or networking principles;

3. Proficient in common office software; basic CAD drawing reading skills are a plus;

4. Diligent and down-to-earth, with strong learning ability and hands-on skills, capable of adapting to project site environments;

5. Possession of relevant technical certifications or prior internship experience is preferred;

6. Willing to travel for short-term business trips (to project sites; travel allowances provided during trips).

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Salary Structure: Base salary + piece-rate commission/production performance bonus + construction performance bonus. Probationary base salary: RMB 4,000/month. The more you produce, the more you earn — with no upward limit.

2. Living Support: Employee dormitory provided (accommodation included), making commuting hassle-free; lunch provided (cafeteria or meal allowance), saving you over RMB 2,000 in monthly living costs.

3. Year-End Bonus: 13th-month salary (year-end double pay) — receive an extra month's salary after completing a full year.
